You cause a target creature to be overwhelmed by psychic energies. The target creature must succeed with a wisdom saving throw or suffer their intelligence or wisdom *modifier* (whichever is highest) twice as psychic damage.
In addition, if the saving throw failed, creatures within 15 feet of the target creature are afflicted by a ripple from this spell, they must succeed with a wisdom saving throw or they suffer the same damage as the target creature.
No creature beyond 120 feet from you can be afflicted by this spell.
Power Increase
When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage is increased by the modifier an additional time for each slot level above 2nd.
