- A target creature must succeed with a Fortitude check or suffer 5d4 necrotic damage, or half as much on a success. In addition, for the duration, the target gain advantage on their next Fortitude check.
- After inflicting damage with this spell, you may choose to restore 5d4 hit points to the target creature, and if they suffered from the dying condition due to this spell, forgo any consequence from said condition.
Power Increase
When you cast this spell at level 2 or higher, hit points suffered and restored are increased by 2d4, for each spell level above 1.
