  • This staff has 3 charges, which it regains 1 charge daily at dawn.
    As an action, you can expend 1 charge to:
    • Reroll a number of damage dice up to your proficiency bonus when you use a spell slot to cast a spell that deals fire or radiant damage.
      • You must use the new rolls.
    • Cause the staff to glow with sunlight. While glowing, the staff sheds bright light in a 5-meter radius and dim light for an additional 5 meter. The light lasts until you use a bonus action to extinguish it.
    • Cast the divination spell.

Whenever you have charges left, you gain the following stacking bonuses:

Charges left
1 charge You have +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with the staff.
2 charges When you hit with an attack roll using this staff, the target takes an extra 1d8 fire damage.
3 charges When you restore hit points to yourself or allies, you may in combat choose to reduce your initiative to add the amount you reduced, and outside combat use and add your hit dice to the healing.
