"You press the advance, creating opportunities for strikes one after another." -Description

Tier 1 As a reaction, when a creature within 30 feet of you misses they may reroll the attack if they can see or hear you. You make this choice after you see the roll, but before the DM says whether the attack hits or misses.
Tier 2 If the creature misses their attack and the target is within your reach, you may make an attack against it.
Tier 3 If you miss your attack, another creature within 60 ft. of you may use a reaction to make an attack against the same target.
