You cause the target creature to have a hard time moving. When the creature attempt to move they must succeed with a Fortitude save or they suffer 1 Minor Exhaustion, their movement speed is reduced to 0 and cannot be changed until the start of their next turn.
Power Increase
When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, on a failed save they suffer 1 additional Minor Exhaustion for each slot level above 1st, up to slot level 3 (for a maximum of 3 Minor Exhaustions.
