On a hit, they suffer 4d6 bludgeoning damage, or on a fail, half the damage, but creatures 10 feet behind the target creature must succeed with a Reflex save or suffer half of the damage as well.
In addition, on a hit, they must succeed with a Fortitude save or be pushed 10 feet away from you.
