"You maneuver yourself and a friend in the midst of combat."

Tier 1 As a reaction, when you're within 5 feet of an ally, you can switch places with that ally. This movement doesn't provoke opportunity attacks.
Tier 2 Your ally gains the effect of Disengage until the end of its next turn.
Tier 3 Creatures within 10 ft of your ally has disadvantage on attack rolls against them until the end of their next turn.
