"You sacrifice some of your power to make a more precise strike." -Description

Tier 1 When you make an attack action with disadvantage, you ignore the disadvantage. If you hit, you do not add your ability modifier to the damage dealt by this attack.
Tier 2 If you do not have disadvantage, you may instead make an attack with advantage. You still do not add your ability modifier to the damage dealt.
Tier 3 If you hit, you may add your ability modifier to the damage dealt by this attack, as usual.
