Wondrous Item, Uncommon

A black crystal amulet surrounded by twisted silver vines that give off a faint, pulsing glow, resembling a withered flower under moonlight. It radiates a cold, oppressive aura.

  • Darkened Sphere. Once per long rest, the wearer can invoke the Nightbloom’s power, casting darkness as a standard action (3 AP). The area within 10 meters becomes pitch black and oppressive, and creatures caught in it must make a Sanity contest against your spellcasting modifier (or Charisma) or be blinded and frightened for 1 minute. The affected creatures can make another Sanity contest against the same DL at the end of each turn.

Blind

Frightened

  • You cannot willingly move towards the source of your fear.
