"You attempt a lunging maneuver, attacking at distance." -Description

Tier 1	You make a melee attack action with an additional 5 ft. of reach.
Tier 2	You may make a step up and step back 5 feet without provoking opportunity attacks.
Tier 3	If you hit a target with concentration, they have disadvantage on the concentration check.
