You cause the target creatures mind to collapse. The creature must succeed with a wisdom saving throw or suffer their intelligence & wisdom *modifiers* (replace a zero or negative modifier with a d4) combined as psychic damage.
The target creature must succeed with a [[Will]] save or, for the duration, anytime the creature fails an ability check or attack, they suffer 2d4 psychic damage.
For the duration, the creature must at the start of their turn attempt the above save. You may use your action to attempt another save. The spell ends if the save is successful twice.
