When you cast an Occult spell, you may cast a spell at 1 less spell level.
- A spell cannot be cast at a lower spell level than its base level due to this feature.
You gain a +2 bonus to Influence and when you make a Charisma(Coercion) check you may use your Influence instead of Charisma.
