====Damage====
====Damage====
You can manipulate any source of acid within range, causing it to splash onto a target, or you can create a small amount of acid as part of this spell. A target must overcome your spellcast with their [[Dex AL]] or take {{c|Xd6}} acid damage. The acid corrodes non-magical objects, dealing {{c|Xd6}} damage to them.

If cast at higher levels, the acid can affect multiple targets or an area. Each creature must overcome your spellcast with their [[Dex AL]] or take {{c|Xd6}} acid damage, or half as much when overcoming the spellcast. Non-magical materials suffer full corrosion.
* '''Acid Jet:''' You project a concentrated stream or glob of acid at a target within range. Make a ranged spell attack; on a hit, the target takes Xd4 acid damage and must succeed on a contested Fortitude check or suffer corrosion, taking Xd4 additional acid damage at the start of their next turn unless they use a Minor Action to neutralize or remove the acid.
* '''Area Damage:''' At higher levels, if you deal damage in an area or to multiple targets, make an attack against each target. On a hit, a target takes X acid damage and suffer the effects of corrosion described above.

====Control====
====Control====
You create or manipulate one of the following effects in a {{c|1-meter-cube}} within range:
You exert control over existing acid or conjure acid within a 1-meter-cube within range:

* '''Create Acid.''' You create a small pool of harmless acid in a container or on a surface. The acid remains for {{c|10 minutes}} before losing potency or until you dismiss it. It can be used for tasks such as dissolving substances or minor crafting but causes no harm to creatures.
* '''Create Acid:''' You create up to X liters of corrosive acid in an open container or as a free-flowing liquid on the ground. The acid is potent enough to damage organic matter and corrode certain metals over time.
* '''Corrode Object.''' You weaken a non-magical object within range. The object must be small or fit within the affected cube. If the object is unattended, it takes {{c|Xd6}} corrosion damage.
* '''Neutralize Acid:''' You render any non-magical acid harmless by neutralizing it into a harmless liquid.
* '''Neutralize.''' You neutralize any non-magical acid, rendering it inert and safe to touch.
* '''Enhance Corrosion:''' You can double the corrosive potency of any acid within range, making it more effective at breaking down materials.
* '''Weaken Acid:''' You can reduce an acid’s potency, halving its effectiveness for its remaining duration.

====Shaping====
====Shaping====
You alter the properties of acid within a {{c|1-meter-cube}} in range. You can have up to three Shaping effects active at a time, dismissing any as a bonus action. Each effect lasts for {{c|T(+2)}}.
You alter the physical form or corrosive qualities of acid within a 1-meter-cube within range. If you cast this spell multiple times, you can have up to three Shaping effects active at a time, and you can dismiss such an effect as a Minor Action. Each effect lasts T(+2).

* '''Viscosity Change.''' You alter the thickness of an acid, making it flow more slowly or more rapidly. It can take on properties like a thin liquid or a thick, tar-like substance, affecting how it interacts with surfaces or spreads.
* '''Acid Shapes:''' You mold acid into simple forms—like spikes, puddles, or tendrils—that can move or shift slightly.
* '''Corrosive Sculpture.''' You manipulate acid into specific shapes or forms. This could include patterns, symbols, or simple figures. You can make it seem like the acid "climbs" or "flows" along surfaces in these shapes without causing immediate harm unless interacted with.
* '''Corrosion Sculpting:''' You can direct acid to slowly etch patterns or dissolve a specific object in a controlled way.
* '''Acid Mist:''' You turn a portion of acid into a fine vapor, lightly obscuring the area and dealing Xd4 acid damage to any creature that enters or starts its turn in the mist.
* '''Color Change:''' You alter the color of the acid for identification, concealment, or intimidation purposes.

* '''Eternal Corrosion (Control):''' Acid you create or enhance persists indefinitely until neutralized, continuing to corrode whatever it touches.
* '''Masterwork Constructs (Shaping):''' You can sculpt acid into elaborate, semi-solid forms like weapons, traps, or barriers that retain both their shape and corrosive qualities for the spell’s duration.

====9th level====
At this level, Control Acid gains a unique area-of-effect bonus:

* '''Acid Flood:''' Your chosen effect instead affects an up to 8X-meter long, 4X-meter wide, and 2X-meter deep moving wave of acid in a shape of your choice. The acid moves 10X meters in a chosen direction, corroding everything in its path.

Effect

You create one of the following effects:

Damage

  • Acid Jet: You project a concentrated stream or glob of acid at a target within range. Make a ranged spell attack; on a hit, the target takes Xd4 acid damage and must succeed on a contested Fortitude check or suffer corrosion, taking Xd4 additional acid damage at the start of their next turn unless they use a Minor Action to neutralize or remove the acid.
  • Area Damage: At higher levels, if you deal damage in an area or to multiple targets, make an attack against each target. On a hit, a target takes X acid damage and suffer the effects of corrosion described above.

Control

You exert control over existing acid or conjure acid within a 1-meter-cube within range:

  • Create Acid: You create up to X liters of corrosive acid in an open container or as a free-flowing liquid on the ground. The acid is potent enough to damage organic matter and corrode certain metals over time.
  • Neutralize Acid: You render any non-magical acid harmless by neutralizing it into a harmless liquid.
  • Enhance Corrosion: You can double the corrosive potency of any acid within range, making it more effective at breaking down materials.
  • Weaken Acid: You can reduce an acid’s potency, halving its effectiveness for its remaining duration.

Shaping

You alter the physical form or corrosive qualities of acid within a 1-meter-cube within range. If you cast this spell multiple times, you can have up to three Shaping effects active at a time, and you can dismiss such an effect as a Minor Action. Each effect lasts T(+2).

  • Acid Shapes: You mold acid into simple forms—like spikes, puddles, or tendrils—that can move or shift slightly.
  • Corrosion Sculpting: You can direct acid to slowly etch patterns or dissolve a specific object in a controlled way.
  • Acid Mist: You turn a portion of acid into a fine vapor, lightly obscuring the area and dealing Xd4 acid damage to any creature that enters or starts its turn in the mist.
  • Color Change: You alter the color of the acid for identification, concealment, or intimidation purposes.

At higher levels
