Rage

From Kronopolis and the Flat Plane
(Redirected from Raging)

This is a Barbarian class feature.

You fight with primal ferocity.

  • You must enter a rage if you take damage equal to or higher than thrice your level. On your turn, you can also enter a rage as a bonus action. While raging, you gain the following benefits:
    • You have advantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws.
    • When you make an attack using Strength, you gain a +2 bonus to the damage roll. This bonus increases as you level.
    • You have resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.
    • If you are able to cast spells, you can't cast them or concentrate on them while raging.

While raging:

  • You must have at the end of your turn made at least one attack, moved as far as you can toward an enemy or taken at least 1 point of damage from the end of your last turn.
  • It ends prematurely if; you fall unconscious, you are no longer threatened (At DM's discretion, usually as long as enemies are hostile, but may persist even if they flee) or if you are not able to attack or get closer to the enemies.
  • You can also as an exception end your rage on your turn as a bonus action. This can be done up to half your proficiency bonus per long rest.
